Traditional rings add weight for better feel. Mouthpiece breaks over the bars at a different angle to contact new nerves for better control. Lifesaver adds moderate tongue pressure for better headset. Mullen relief mouthpiece creates even pressure across the bars and tongue to eliminate nutcracker effect. Copper is a soft metal, look for excessive wear.
